Kuwait’s Warba Bank receives licence to conduct securities activities

 

The renewable licence is valid until 13 February 2019.

  

Kuwait-based Warba Bank announced that it has obtained licence from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to engage in certain securities activities.

In a bourse filing, Warba Bank, said that it received a licence allowing the lender to conduct activities like investment portfolio manager, collective investment scheme manager as well as investment manager, subscription agent and custodian.
