Job Description

This team supports 2nd and 3rd line support for Exchance services, dealing with client side applications, and strategies for IT stakeholders and the business. You will be responsible for training and mentoring the team in Exchange matters and supporting various technologies.

As part of the role you'll be responsible for keeping up to track with accurate and timely reports on processes and aid in the development of disaster recovery plans. Also performing and planning tasks related to installations, upgrades, maintenance of operational platforms.
Important is the updates performance on all applications owned by the Desktop and Mobile section.
