Job Description

• Provides an HR advisory service to the Directors, Global & Line management, and Employees, to ensure they are fully aware & compliant of our policies and procedures and how to apply them.

• Oversees and advises on all employee relations cases which include disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance

• Mitigates risk to the business by ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law

• Responsible for new talent on boarding and HR Induction, ensuring all onboarding documentation is accurately collated and meets regulatory requirements

• Responsible for the accuracy of the monthly payroll report.

• Prepares, develops and implements procedures and policies in line with the vision

• Contributes to proactively building and strengthening the alignment of behaviours in accordance to the culture of the organization

 • Ensures all sickness and holiday is processed in an accurate and timely manner

• Manages the employee end to end probation process in partnership with Line Management and Business Unit Heads

• Identifies ongoing training and development needs of employees and makes recommendations

• Manages employee lifecycle activities including contracts, promotions, pay changes and exit process

• Sources candidates in accordance with the annual hiring plan through multiple sources and conducts interviews to identify suitable candidates 

• Actively participates in business and HR related projects as required by local & global management

• Participates to local & global projects, providing proactive contributions 

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Educated to degree level and/ or relevant previous experience with exposure to Business Partnering roles preferred.
  • 7-10 years Senior HR Generalist / Senior HR advisor experience preferably gained within the ‘Corporate / FX’ markets
  • Knowledge of Talent & Performance Management, processes and tools
  • Experience and exposure to working within a structured matrix environment
  • Must possess strong written and verbal English & Arabic is desirable
